This has got to be one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. For some odd reason every single time I've made a financial transaction with them, in dealings with my newly established business. Which they're assuming a position as a middle man but for some odd reason they can't seem to get anything right. And they overcharge, after telling you you'll pay a set price. Just this morning i purchased a domain name for my business and for some reason it was missing a letter. of course they could not change it and they said it was entirely my fault that it was misspelt. they just informed me that they will credit my account and i can try again in 24 to 48 hours to make a new Domain. this is the third negative interaction & business transaction with this...

I have been eyeing a couple of their knives on Amazon for just over a year now, a couple days ago I was browsing Amazon and saw the knives at a decent sale price so I made my purchases. The following day I had an email informing me that my orders had been canceled due to a pricing error, that's bs and bad customer relations. I've worked in retail and I know through personal experience that if an item is priced wrongly and a customer decides to purchase the item the seller has to honor the price the customer saw that made them decide to make the purchase regardless of any issues or pricing errors. They need to make it right by honoring my purchases or so help me I'm going to fill their emails and voicemail with spam and...

Started off good, they seemed helpful until the process was over that's when all the red flags came up. So they talked a good game to entice me to use them (over the phone) I was given a discount to get my ein#. When I received my bill I was charged full amount so I called back the number to find it's disconnected.. odd the guy said call him if any concerns come up so I try to get into my email/ account....that was locked, finally getting ahold of someone a couple days later they fixed the discount issue and gave me back what was over paid. Well fast forward to tax time when I was trying to get my ein# apparently it doesn't exist and was never done after calling the irs and trying to find out what they actually did...
