I visited Halo for the first time last year on August 24th 2024. I specifically was searching out salt caves on Google, because I could tell that I was beginning to become compromised with something respiratory, and already being on an inhaler for over a year from a previous battle with covid, I wasn't going to let this get a foothold. I could not find any salt caves in the Knoxville area where I live, that were as fully involved floor to ceiling as this one, not to mention so beautiful and calming to be in. I enjoyed taking a tour of this tranquil spa, which is very vibrant and lively but also very calming to be in. I did a 45-minute session in the peace and quiet. I was the only one in the Salt cave. I went home home that night and woke up the next morning and realized that I did not have to use my inhaler to sleep for the first time in over a year, and the next night and the next week and the next month, and here I am 6 months later, asthma free after one salt...

It is definitely something new but,the salt therapy really works wonders specially if you have breathing issues. My first 10 mins in the salt booth i could already feel the difference in my breathing and just all over feeling healthier and there are many other things they have to offer as well as many more additions to come.
