I'm a truck driver who has picked up at this site here and there over a period of a year and every time I had to come here there has been one major bad decision made by the jockey and loaders almost guaranteed. In this instance, I have a trip that is starting in Kinston, NC and stopping across six different locations in six seperate states and spanning nearly 4,000 miles one way to the west coast in California. The jockey or loaders or whoever apparently care so little about their jobs that they assigned a 2008 trailer to this load without the courtesy of checking the condition of at least the doors of the trailer. To put it frankly the trailer doors and frame surrounding the door are so damaged that they are completely inoperable and the trailer is not able to be driven legally. I am going to have to attempt to have the load transloaded and severely hindering the delivery time or my company will have to surrender the load completely. This is the circumstance that the loaders didn't give two seconds to think about even though they noticed a 4,000 mile trip they still chose the oldest, rust covered, inoperable doors 2008 trailer instead of the variety of good conditioned 2016 and newer trailers on site that are ready and available to be loaded. The customers, myself, Masterbrand, and my company are all being negatively affected by this level of laziness and incompetence. The best part? This has happened to me at least three times before at this same location. If you value your time, money, sanity, and courtesy then avoid this place like a plague. They don't seem to care to keep an eye on their shipping...

Okay I really don't know why people are complaining about the entrance gate for this company. It's like any normal truck entrance. I am a 70 ft split axle flatbed driver and I had absolutely no issues getting in or out of here, so don't let those other reviews scare you.

As far as unloading here I was in and out and just under 2 hours and that includes my unsecuring and untarping time plus having one dryvan truck ahead of me getting offloaded.

Also I had to use the restroom while here. As I walked into the warehouse the forklift operator was already pointing to where the restroom was before I even asked so that was really cool as well!

Do not pick up here. I give shippers three times because people have bad days. All three times we got the same results. 6-10 hour wait times for freight. Why assign an appointment time, knowing the freight has not been produced yet. Read that again. Not that it hasn’t been pulled, it hasn’t been produced yet. Zero...
