Great location for any event!! Here is more information: Seasonal venue open from mid-May to mid-October and it's a DIY type of venue. I have plenty of vendor recommendations for any area you may need help with (catering, linens, flowers, event help or planner, etc.) Weekday Mon-Thursday rates. Full-day for those is $1,500 as well and hourly: 8 hours-$850 6 hours-$650 4 hours- $450 Saturday: Full day-$2,000 (9am-12pm) 8 hours- $1,500 6 hours- $1,000 4 hours- $600 Friday/Sunday: Full day- $1,500 8 hours- $1,000 6 hours- $600 4 hours- $400. *The amount of hours rented includes set up and tear down.* We also require a $500 refundable security deposit for damages(not to be confused with your initial deposit to hold your date). 50% of your rental fee is due at time of booking as an initial deposit to hold your date. The remaining rental balance plus the $500 refundable security deposit is due 30 days before your event. Example: Full-day Saturday rental is $2,000.... $1,000 would be due as an initial deposit to hold your date. 30 days before your event your remaining balance of $1,000 plus the $500 security deposit would be due. You get that $500 refunded after your event given no damages or other event issues. Guest is responsible for their own setup and tear down, tables/chairs/benches need to be put back, decorations cleaned up, catering/kitchen stuff cleaned up and all decor cleaned up. Guests are not responsible for sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleanup, garbage removal, or anything like that. You just have to worry about your decor and putting tables/chairs/benches back. Depending on your setup, some guests rent the day before as well for set up & rehearsals. We offer 8ft rectangle tables, chairs or benches, a big restaurant-style kitchen for catering needs, a large bar area, an outdoor stage with a ceremony arbor, a PA/sound system, a microphone, an indoor stage, and nice indoor bathrooms with a small bridal suite. We also have 3 bocce ball courts, several sets of corn hole boards, nice playground if inviting kids. Barwise, we provide your pop, bottled water, beer, seltzers, wine, and basic washes, and is charged based on consumption. We take inventory of everything before and then right after your event. We offer a pretty decent selection of each and we can also accommodate special requests. We send you your final bar bill usually within 48 hours of your event. You may bring in your own hard liquor and specialty washes(sour mix, margarita mix, etc.). You may bring in your own bartenders or we can set some up for you $15/hour per bartender. My husband and I got married here in 2020 and now serve as the caretakers so we are here on hand day of your event. Guests are not permitted to bring in their own beverages unless discussed and approved by me. We are very strict on this because our liquor license depends on it. Sometimes we unfortunately will have a guest of the event bring in a cooler not understanding the rule and we have to ask them to remove it immediately. We are pretty easygoing as long as things are discussed. Also, no pets on the property. You provide your own catering(all needs like, paper-ware, linens, coffee, etc.) and decor. We can give you several vendors if looking for recommendations for catering, wedding planners, florists, linens, dj, etc. We have a huge coffee machine + filters, you just need to bring the actual coffee and cream/sugar. There is plenty of outdoor seating to utilize as well! Definitely contact them!!

This will forever be the best day of my life. What a beautiful ceremony and reception we were able to have at SNPJ Farm. Working with the staff here was like working with a best friend. Great old skool vibe. Would have received 5 stars, but for a picnic grounds not let leashed-well-behaved puppy in is beyond unreasonable; stupid in fact. They told me since 1939 that was the rule. But they did have no smoking signs up in the pavilion.. I would think in 1939 you were allowed to smoke anywhere; they changed that rule?? They had electricity?? And up to date lights?? Not like in 1939. Hey old mean lady at the gate; You were rude and a jerk! Change your stupid rules and get with the program or your park will...
