I’m not one to write reviews unless it’s for something exceptional. Edgar Brands is exceptional, and the service he provides is outstanding in every way. He has such passion for his clients and his work. Massage is and has been a regular part of my life for years so I know the difference between mediocre and remarkable. I had my first massage with Edgar five years ago. We are frequent visitors to Maui, and we always plan as many sessions as possible with him when we are there. He never disappoints. He is truly gifted and intuitive when it comes to finding where we pack around all of our stress. He finds all the problem areas and works the knots and kinks out. Edgar has great passion for his work and his clients. He knows how the body works and how to promote healing. His massages are personalized and always relaxing. While on our babymoon, my wife and I both had a 5 Star experience with Edgar Brands. A tropical storm was passing through Maui and staying-in turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Edgar is a licensed massage therapist and brings all the bells and whistles to having a spa experience at your hotel/ residence. Edgar was punctual and set up very quickly, playing soothing music while filling the room with rosemary mint aromatics and hot towels. He pays attention to being very hygienic. His hands are MAGIC.

Edgar gave my 6 month pregnant wife a prenatal massage for 90 minutes. She was impressed as he packed numerous pillows around her belly to make sure she was comfortable, and she said he used the perfect amount of pressure. I, myself had the most relaxing Hawaiian lomi lomi/ Swedish massage. My aches and pains all melted away after my own 90 minute session.

What a great find!! I hurt my back the first night in Maui and suffered for 4 days before finding Edgar (I know, crazy!). Process was very easy...I checked his website and noticed he had some time available (on a Sunday no less). Texted him (as instructed) and he got back to me as soon as he finished his previous client. He came to our condo, equipped with everything I would get at a spa...hot towels, warm massage oil and a comfy massage bed. Edgar found the spot and worked out the kink plus a few other spots that I didn't know about. I slept well for the first time on the island and can't thank him enough!
