The home we stayed in was absolutely beautiful! We stayed in 2782 and there were a total of 24 of us staying. My daughters loved the princess room and my son loved the hot tub and pool table! The kitchen was large and easy to cook it. There were plenty of utensils and dishes to use. There was plenty of room for all of us there comfortably! The only things I would change would be; ceiling fans in the bedrooms, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. the pool water to be clean (when we showed up there was a panty liner in the pool and trash around it, there was also hair in the water and a film on the pool when the jets weren't running.) Additionally, i do wish there were more towels to accommodate large parties such as this and extra toilet paper (dependent on length of stay). Also, the ice maker in the refrigerator stopped working the first day we were there and the ac unit (indoors) was leaking all over the floor which soaked the tile and the master bedroom carpet. Luckily, an ac repair man came to fix the issue, he told us regular maintenance would've prevented it. Lastly, the community pool area, please make sure you watch your children. There was an older gentleman wearing a speedo taking pictures of young girls at the pool. Aside from the small things, this is an incredibly safe place to stay, and we had no worries here. The clubhouse staff are all extremely rude and out of line. We were there on 04/28/2025 around 4 pm. As soon as we walked in they immediately had a bad attitude, an older man went through our bags which is totally fine, however he told my sister she had to take her son’s water bottle back because it was not allowed in, however they told me I could take mine in because they were kids bottles …her son’s bottle was very obviously a kid’s bottle. it made literally no sense, when we explained that it made no sense what they were doing the older man looked at some worker named chrstina or crystal for approval and she nodded that it was fine. The man then continued to search my bag and LITERALLY opened my gum and looked inside. Who even does that? The entire encounter was so incredibly frustrating… mostly because of that woman (Christina or crystal or what ever her name is) who had terrible customer service. she needs to be moved somewhere where you don’t deal with customers. the ordeal went on for about 6 more minutes and the only reason I left it at that and didn’t tell her everything she deserved is because she was waiting on the chance to kick us out ! You could tell she’s miserable and the thought of kicking out a family with 3 toddlers would of made her day. I was not about to give her that...

Great house and cute community however they need to have security making rounds after a certain time. For starters it’s a gated community but when we’d get home from the parks there was no parking because our neighbors were both throwing party’s and their guest were in all the spots. Our neighbors on both sides were far from neighborly and up til 3 or 4 am partying, being loud and smoking weed which we could smell in the house. None of us got much sleep including our kids. When we called local management they told us they couldn’t do anything about it and we had to call the cops. The cops told us that it was the managements problem and that they could party, be loud, and smoke because it’s legal in Florida. We finally just asked the neighbors to quiet down which they did for a bit but then went right back to partying and being loud. Honestly it made the whole trip stressful.
