IMOUNT — Local services in Kissimmee

Let me start off by saying, I will be hiring IMount again as soon as I get my two next tvs and so they can adjust my tvs that were mounted before I found IMount.

This has been one of the best experiences with any business we've asked to do work for us. They hit every point.

My TV came two days before the appointment. They happened to have an opening that day and proactively reached out to me to see if I wanted them to come early, which I was happy about.

Joel came and asked me about where I want it, how do I want the tv to look on the wall. I confirmed. He did his measurements. When we realized the wall kit I got for wires wouldn't work, he suggested a cost saving alternative that I ended up being really happy with.

In short, Joel came, understood what I wanted, and mounted my tv beautifully. Once again, I know as soon as I get me next two, IMount is on speed dial.

I write this review because I was impressed with the service. Its hard to get great service these days, especially post Covid. Everyone blames everything on Covid. So thanks Joel. You hooked me up. My family is constantly raving about how great the tv looks on the wall.

Let me preface this by saying that I don’t normally leave reviews about anything that I happen to spend money on. That being said I feel it’s my duty to warn people not to employ this company. They had what should’ve been a very easy job and ended up botching it. They were remounting a speaker bar and supposed to be concealing wires behind the wall. Firstly, they sent a technician who barely spoke any English, which made it very difficult to communicate what I needed from him.That was problem number one. Number two, the speaker bar I needed remounted, was not mounted centered underneath the TV (kinda a no-brainer). Lastly, the owner assured me on two separate occasions that all wires would be concealed behind the wall. This should have been easy considering the holes needed to do this had already been cut out when my TV and speaker bar were originally mounted. I contacted the owner and he will not do anything to fix the problem. You will see a picture of their finished work. You be the judge. Uncentered and wires showing. I originally got my tv mounted by Angi from Walmart and the guy that came did a TERRIBLE job and honestly didn’t know what he was doing. I called IMount to see if they could come same-day to fix it and they did. Upon taking it down from what Angi did, they also noted that Angi services only mounted to the drywall! This is extremely dangerous because if enough pressure was applied, the tv as well as all my drywall could have fallen! IMount ensured to mount it CORRECTLY to the beams and at the APPROPRIATE height. Top two pics were original from Angi service and bottom two pics are from when IMount fixed it. It was a little pricey for them to demount it and remount BUT it was worth it to ensure that it was properly done. Im smacking myself because the initial $89.99 is a great deal! Don’t be like me and out-source a third party that doesn’t know what they’re doing then you pay extra to have to pros come to fix their mess.
