Rainbow Chase RV Resort — Local services in Kissimmee

Very friendly, clean, well maintained wonderful neighbors, 15 mnts from Disney, 27 mnts from Sea World and 37 mnts from Universal Studios. We've been here since 2019 got stocked with pandemic and since we love it here We've decided to extend our stay indefinitely or until we decide to leave. You can even work for any of the parks as PT or seasonal or FT and earn your way at the same time having fun. For being tourists area the prices are awesome 👌 comparing it to other RV parks in Florida. The only downside I would say is the traffic, but if you're in Florida give me one area in Orlando or close by that the traffic is smooth? Mention me one! The more roads are open the more people comes to Florida and at this time with this crisis people from other States has moved to FL which put this State on a high capacity of traffic, tell me otherwise 😑. Haven't stayed there and here's the reason for my 1 star review. Just drove today 1 hour to the park to ask for a long-term stay plan or info on it and to my surprise, after seeing at their website that THEY DO IN FACT HAVE OR HAD have long-term stay plans, I got told that they do not do that anymore. Now, let's pretend and understand that it's their business and they can run it as they please but, WOULD IT HURT just TO FREAKING UPDATE THE INFO ON YOUR website so people don't waste TIME, GAS, to get there and get cake on our face with such response ? If this is how you run the business, no wonder why it looks like that , let alone the website that seems to have been created in the 80's and remains in it...

PS: If there is anything in which im mistaken and MAYBE, i missed on your website, let me know and I'l remove the negative review in...

I called 5/23/24 to make a reservation for 3 months and was told they don’t do reservations for the winter until August 1st. I also asked specifically if we were ok to stay because we were under 55 because I saw reviews with conflicting info. She said yes, we were fine if under. I put a calendar reminder in my phone and just called back a few minutes ago. The lady was rude from the start and said they don’t make reservations unless it is four months or longer and asked if I was over 55 because I didn’t sound like it. I explained calmly what I was told previously and that I would like her to follow through. She then raised her voice at me. I said thanks and that I would just leave a review and then hung up. I will happily take my business elsewhere. It states nowhere on their website any of this. Crazy how this place treats...
