Oregon Mushrooms — Local services in Klamath Falls

Negligent, Careless and Irresponsible company and people.

Placed order 10 days in advance.

Notified in order comments when I needed the items by (28 or 29th of Dec.)

Followed up same day via email, received no response.

Called and spoke to a woman, made it clear I needed this on time for a new years party, will you meet those dates for delivery? She checked with her husband and said yes. I told her, we would need to know in advance if you can't so we can make alternative plans.

28th passes, no email no updates. I call, no answer of the phone, leave voicemail, no one calls back. I send yet another email.

29th and last day for delivery, finally Scott replies... "sorry" and shifts the blame on some shipper.

Now we have no time to make alternative plans. They set us up and let us down completely in every aspect. From communication to filling the order.

With this kind of negligent approach to business, I'd be concerned that they don't accidentally put wrong type of mushrooms...

Also, your extracts are fabulous, ordering off the site is great and when I have questions the customer service from Christina is so wonderful. I found it quite by accident and am a regular customer...As a trained Herbalist I am beyond ecstatic to have found such a caring and professional company that offers such wonderful products... and who are so prompt in processing orders....I love Oregon...
