Somebody messed up. Took my reservation, set me up with a unit, took my money. I drove 12 hours to put items in my unit, but it was locked. Now I'm sitting in Wisconsin with a truck full of stuff, and can get no help. I need to return to Ohio. Agent, Sean, tried talking me into a bigger unit for more money, but does not understand the concept of a binding contract. I tried to come up with solutions, but Sean kept telling me he is sending a new contract for double the money. Then in the middle of our conversation he said he only works until 9 o'clock and hung up. It was about 7 o'clock. Stay away from this dumpster fire of an operation.

After driving 6hrs to get to Wisconsin with a trailer full of stuff we arrived at our freshly rented storage unit. Which was absolutely trashed with other peoples things. Including mice traps and poison. When my husband attempted to call the office during their posted hours we were also not able to reach anyone. Now after driving 6hrs we are unable to empty our uhaul after being out over $100 in start up/new lock fees.
