I couldn’t wait to get here to leave a review for these great people. We had a different pontoon in mind at a larger dealership but I just wanted to make sure I saw everything available and went into Indian Creek Sports. Best decision I had made all day. Joe was so knowledgeable, patient and kind it made learning from him a great experience. Vicky was ready to get me into a boat and was open to helping me get out the door with what I wanted and within my budget. Troy came into the conversation and together with their kind customer service, their knowledge on what they sell and their desire to sell a pontoon, we made a deal by closing that day. Parker was also a great kid. Now here’s where it gets even better, we needed the boat by 3pm the next day. They made it happen! They also were knowledgeable enough to know that our new pontoon needed a different prop for the elevation where our boat would be used. We didn’t have time to take them up on taking us out in the water with us to teach us about it, but they went thru everything as thorough as they could out of the water. I highly recommend Indian Creek Sports. Easy to get to location, small business and nice people. The only few things that would have made my visit nicer would have been a nice cold water and a chair to sit on. But with that said, I’d go back in...

My boat had an electrical component that would not turn off. I took the boat in during the off season to have it repaired. The bill was over $800 and the repairs seemed to take longer than I expected. The conversation between the boat shop and I gave me the indication that the mechanic working on the boat struggled with the repairs. After getting the boat back, I did not use it right away. In fact it was a considerable time later. When I did most of the electrical components in my he boat were non functional. I called the shop. They said that after that length of time that there wasn’t anything they could do. I spoke to the owners. They said that they could look at it and see if their mechanic made a mistake. But I would have to drop the boat off and leave it for five weeks while they worked through their backlog. I requested that they schedule me an appointment five weeks out so I could still use my boat while waiting. But they said that isn’t how they work. Definitely won’t...

Buying a new boat can cause anxiety in the best of circumstances, but try doing that during a pandemic when boats, motors, trailers and parts can be almost impossible to find. I got lucky when I found Indian Creek Sports, very lucky. Everyone there is a complete pro, and they did every thing they could and then some to deliver my new boat on time, even after the one motor we found after searching the entire country arrived from UPS in pieces. Troy, the owner, gave me a great deal. Vicki, his wife, sent email after email, making sure everything was going to work. And Joe worked tirelessly for me, starting from preparing initial estimates to getting me out of the parking lot by switching the ball on the wrong hitch I'd bought.
