My husband and I went to a wedding in Kurten, Texas on Saturday,, November 11, 2017. As usual with my husband we were 3 hours early = so just went driving up the road. Happened upon Paula's Grill - thought we would stop and get a drink. That hour we spent with Paula was one of the most delightful visits we have ever had with an old friend (even though we had just met her.) We both had one her wonderful homemade cookies Reminded me so much of trips I made with my Dad, when we traveled the old roads and just stopped at the most historical little stores. If you are ever traveling between Madiisonville and Bryan, just veer off the highway to Business 21 and visit with Paula.
