Budaful Flowers — Local services in Kyle

I live in Utah and wanted to send flowers to my son and daughter-in-law in Kyle, TX to celebrate the birth of their new baby girl. It was late Friday night and I wanted the flowers delivered on Saturday. After looking at the big, national flower sites, I was disappointed. They wanted $75 for skimpy arrangements and then had at least $20 delivery fees on top of that and some couldn't deliver until Tuesday. I looked for a local florist and found the website for Budaful Flowers (I love the name!) Since it was after hours, I called Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. CT and spoke with Sylvia. She was able to design a big, beautiful arrangement and deliver it within 2 hours of our conversation. And the delivery was FREE! I bought flowers and had them sent to my daughter for her graduation, when they arrived at her house some of the flowers were hanging off of the stem and just holding on by a thread, all of the flowers were laying over there was eight in the vase and two small slivers of greenery, it looked absolutely horrible I immediately phone the company and ask for a refund. I then called Budaful Flowers and was assured that the flowers sent would look like the flowers on the web site. I was sent a picture of the flowers before they went out to my daughter and they were the most beautiful flower arrangement I have seen they actually looked better than the picture. I am so happy I called, I will always use Budaful Flowers for all my future flowers needs and recommend this...

Very disappointed with their service, My father ordered flowers from their shop for Valentine's Day for my mother he was so excited for the flowers to arrive because it was a special day, the flowers NEVER ARRIVED!!!! & we live in BUDA!! I called early in the afternoon to make sure they were being delivered a very Unfriendly lady answered and said they were in route, but we never received anything. and I got an email stating they had been delivered when in fact they hadnt. Next time I will just order flowers from a Austin Shop for the same price., we just wanted to be supportive of a local business.
