Crystal clear waters and June was the perfect time of year to go. Great weather. Along the way we were lucky enough to experience a family of dolphins that were said to be indigenous to Hawaii and they (boat captain and guides) said they were highly social!! I suggest a vehicle with four wheel drive. The main beach is a short walk from the main docks. There are day picnic areas with tables and barbecues. There is a Four Seasons resort North of this beach. The main town is about a fifteen minute drive and is located inland.
