Where is the button for negative 10 stars?! Seriously, this business needs this rating. In my 45 years on this Earth, I never had such a frustrating time trying to purchase a product a local business is selling.
Here is my VERY shortened and well documented story: Ordered a storm shelter from Steve in 12/2021. I put 20% down for a May 2022 install. May was coming up fast and not a word from Steve. NUMEROUS calls and messages over the next SEVERAL months, none of which were returned. Finally cornered him and he promised an install by October 2022. That came and went and not a word. In late 2022, he promised it would be delivered and in place by June 2023. Pfft. I shouldn’t have believed it as that came and went with not even a message. I finally asked for a refund of my deposit which I received but now my family is exposed to severe weather for yet another year because of Steve while I make other plans.
I would rather pay double than interact with Steve and this business and my advice would be to give them a wide berth and avoid at all costs.
Oh, and to add to the misery every time I called to try to get an update, the gals that work there would say stuff like “I don’t know where Steve is. I lost him. Hahah” to add insult to injury.
How people like this stay in business is a mystery to me but I guess some people...
