Scenic Foods — Local services in La Follette

I was very very displeased with my service there today. I had bought a large amount of canned goods and there was some confusion with the cashier....kept trying to get her attention but she was busy speaking with other people. In a few moments the manager came demanding that one of the baggers take all of the cans off of the cart....as if I were not honest ...so they all stood at the end of the checkout line as if they were inspecting the goods...interesting to me. I work in medicine and can pass any background check around, but felt like they were treating me as a common thief. I used to live in Robbins and they have cornbread salad that I like very much so everytime I am up this way I stop. I spent almost 200 dollars there today....i live in Knoxville now so I pass many stores on the way...so much for loyalty. I will not be treated that way again and...

This is a local, hometown grocery store with the nicest employees you could ever find. The owner is extremely nice and helpful and you can tell that he truly cares about his community. The store is always neat and clean with such a friendly atmosphere. Not only do they offer groceries they also have a deli that you can call in orders or place your order while you are there shopping. They have a variety of selections to choose from, including Hunt Brothers pizzas which are so delicious! I couldn't have been more pleased to have been a patron of this establishment and will definitely return again soon! I believe in supporting your local home town stores and most definitely recommend anyone who reads this to go and visit...

Best store ever! Locally owned since I was a kid and have watched siblings grow up and go to work there first. My stepmom was even a manager there once. We don't get that way often but hope to more in the future, or even better if Scenic Foods became our "old/new" grocery and etc place to go again. Great deli! Fresh meats and they always have sales going on!! Our old home town is amazing and not overgrown with the same ol same AND NOT THIS fake and crickets in meat kinda store. GOOD DOWN HOME PEOPLE!!! 10 STARS! MISS YOUR PIZZAS WHEN WE LIVED IN WALKING DISTANCE TOO...
