I should not even give the guy that so called helped even a star , Went in for a bag of ice and laundry soap , i was told it would be a minute to get the ice because it is locked up outside , waited 5 min went back in , the working did not even say anything to me , went back out to wait for him to come out so I could get ice , after nearly 15 min of waiting went back in and he said "i completely forgot about you wanting ice!!!!!!!!" , I proceeded to suggest that they should keep ice inside for easier purchase or at least have 2 ppl there to help others he proceeded to act EXTREMELY RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!! He became very abarssive of gis choice of words, this man should NOT be be working at this store in the town that i live in !! I never thought I’d leave a review for family dollar, much less a 5 star review. But WOAH. This retail experience is CRISP. Every sku had a price tag. The manager (or leadership on duty) jumped at the opportunity to try to help locate a product. The associate in her training similarly followed suit with an abundance of positivity and kind attitudes. The store was clean, organized, accessible, pristine. Well being I went there today a d 3 out of the 8 items I purchased were priced more than posted on the shelf. Coke 2 for 10 I have pic of posted shelf price I was cheated and charged 7.95 each I bought 2 . I purchased aveeno lotion posted for 6 dollars I was charged 6.10. I inquired at the checkout and was told the shelf prices wasn't good until the next day . That's straight BS...if I wanted to get screwed I would go to dollar general ....if I could give negative...
