Sutherlands — Local services in La Junta

I’ve had terrible experiences with this place. First bought 2 couches got home (1 hour away) unwrapped packaging and had 2 completely different couches. Second bought a refrigerator, got home unwrapped packaging and refrigerator was starched all over the front. Third bought a dishwasher got home unwrapped packaging and found a huge dent in the front of the dishwasher. No signs of damage on the outside of the box to Indicate an issue. All of these experiences were months apart from each other. I was NOT offered any cash back, or discounts on next purchase. I understand things like this happen but on three different occasions this seems like something needs to be done. First, a shout out for Maria. I needed something in lumber but couldnt find a lumber person. She was servicing the floor cleaning machine and getting all the gossip from some manager looking person but immediately said "no problem I will get a lift and be right there." The manager said there should be a lumber person around. By the time he finished his sentence Maria was already pulling the pallet down. The lumber guy did show up to help but he didnt even know the difference beyween 16" centers and 24" centers. Maybe he thought all R19 was the same?????? Went into Sutherlands looking for some auger bits or what people call snakes I was looking for the bits for my auger Roto router. No one helped walked around like a zombie, cause I don’t know where anything is in the store. All they did is we have it it’s in one of those aisles worst place I’ve ever been no wonder. People go to Pueblo to Home Depot at least if you ask them, they walk you right to the product. I’ve been through Sutherlands three times and always had bad experience.
