I spent over 9 months researching Raw food companies, trying out their meats, calling the companies to find out where they get their meat, how it's processed, stored, etc etc. Some companies I spoke to the Customer Service had no idea, they'd take my info and tell me someone would call me back and the call never came. One company that came highly recommended by several people didn't want to answer my questions. I was ready to give up and then one day I opened IG and an ad for MLB (Midwest Legacy Beef) appeared.

The first call I made, I spoke directly with Dan who handled the shipping and he then put me in contact with Jason who handles the meat. You're not speaking to unqualified customer service reps. The Man you see on the Ad's is the man you speak to. They're a small business that's puts quality and Custer service above all!

In May 2024 I placed my 1st order and my Pomsky Pack couldn't be Happier!! As a Breeder it's extremely important that my dogs eat the best of everything; food, bones, treats, and supplements. As of January 1, 2025 we've had 3 moms on MLB throughout their pregnancy, and we've raised 3 Litters on MLB once they weened off mom. All of our pups were born strong, fat and healthy! Our moms did great throughout their pregnancies.

Midwest Legacy Beef is The Best Raw Food Company in the country!! They source the highest quality Beef, Bison and Venison. The animals are farm raised with no antibiotics or major vaccines. You don't have to add anything extra to cover daily nutrition. So if you're feeding "BLT + Ground Bone, Venison, Bison, Beef.Bone.Organ, Beef & Herring, etc etc, they're a full balanced meal. All I have to do is thaw and serve. They also offer Freeze dried which has been a game changer for some of my puppy families that prefer dealing with Freeze dried vs. raw.

One of my Favorite items from Midwest is their "Green Tripe". I have tried other frozen blends that indicate one of the ingredients is "Green tripe" and I simply believed it. When I tried MLB's Green Tripe I was Blown away!! If you're familiar with Tripe you know the scent is potent, but that's how you know you're getting quality green tripe. Nothing even comes close to the Green Tripe offered by MLB.

For those of you that don't know, Green Tripe is the Holy Grail for Gut Health!

In June 2025 I plan to visit MLB 's Facility while I'm in Iowa. I should add that Jason invited me out there on our very first call.

I ordered their freeze dried to put in the automatic feeder for my two Sphynx cats, while I continued to order raw blends/grinds from another company. I missed the cut off order time for the other company on a Sunday by 5 minutes and they wouldn’t help me. I have 2 cats and 1 dog on their raw for years and they wouldn’t help. I started my search for a raw food company that could ship out immediately. I saw an ad of MLB on Facebook and decided to call. This was Monday after their cut off time, and I immediately reached a gentleman in shipping and he said that he would push my order through. Amazing customer service!!!
