I've tried to give this place a chance several times but their prices are consistently higher than other dealers for cable and fittings, they require full credit checks to set up accounts and the customer service from Arlene was terrible. I wanted to order using an account the was set up by a coworker, they charged his card without asking me and told me to just pay him back when I said I wanted to pay myself. When he called in (very upset) they told me they didn't get what the big deal was and said they do it all the time (not true). Proceeded to argue with me. Will not return and neither will...

The service here is incredibly horrible and Kyle is the worst ever at customer service, doesn't return voice messages, wont answer the phone. They don't carry anything like they used to. This place won't be there long with the attitude that Kyle has looks like he just woke up from seeping in the back room and was completely unhelpful and certainly didn't offer any suggestions as to where someone might be able to get what they were looking for.
