Central Jersey Transportation — Local services in Lacey Township

Okay it's now 3/14/17 and I'm sitting in the mist of a nor' eastern... yet once again 🌨🌬🌨… As I reminisce about ☀️🌴🎣🏝🍹... oh well... living on the Jersey Shore 🎡has its pros and cons... then it occurs to me take a trip🛫!!! That's the best alternative until the Jersey Shore 🌊warms up☀️… So as I plan my next trip… Hawaii 🍍… I come across the email below that I send CJT in Feb... in 2017 I've been to New Orleans🎺, Grenada🏝, Napa🍷... planning Hawaii 🍍and Colorado🏔. Thus, Kudos where Kudos are due. CJT🚙 provides courteous, professional, reliable service with a personal touch! Thus, I recommend you avoid the corporate Juggernauts and give the hometown team a shot! Below is the email Im referring to during my Feb trip to Napa. As I sit here at the Hampton EWR relaxed with coffee ☕️ in hand awaiting my flight. I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude for your insight getting me here last night. Tending to travel several times per year for business & pleasure🌴... thus having used several car services... some better than others... however, last two trips with CJT a local small business that provides professional, reliable, superb service... its more like riding with a friend than an impersonal car service. It is without further reservation that you should expect me in April to EWR, August to JFK and October to EWR... it is with great anticipation that I eagerly look forward to trading 🐟 🎣 🐠 stories with my new found friend Anthony.

When I initially called Central Jersey Transportation, I was pleasantly surprised that the owner, Shawn, picked up the call right away. I had expected to get a voice mail, as I had with other places I called. Shawn put me at ease right away that they could handle my needs for transportation to and from the airport. When I called back to confirm the day before pickup, again Shawn picked up the phone right away.. That tells me they want our business, will work hard to keep it and if a problem arises, I will get a live person on the phone. I had a very early pickup - 4:00 AM - to get to Newark Airport. I peeked out the window at 3:50 AM to see my driver quietly waiting in the town car for the clock to strike 4. Anthony came to my door at exactly 4:00 to greet me with a smile, introduce himself and carry my bags to the car. He was so professional and pleasant and we chatted easily to the airport. I was also impressed at what a calm and careful driver Anthony was. I would definitely request Anthony as my driver for my future needs, but I am also sure that any of Shawn's drivers would be just as pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Central Jersey...

I didn't even have to use them tell how arrogant and unhelpful a company in the customer service industry could be. While looking for local taxis in my area to take me to the hospital he explained they were just an airport service. I apologized for the inconvenience and had chosen him because it showed his business was right around the corner from me. I felt this was the right and normal way to respect someone i had called in error ( plus there listed as an airport taxi and car service ). I started to ask if he might direct me to a service he may know of in the local area as I had to get to the the hospital, he recommended an ambulance ( I can't afford the ridiculous bills ambulance's charge, last time it cost me $950). Anyway to get to my point, our conversation lasted 20 seconds but because I'm explaining it it seems longer. Instead of letting me know if he knew of a local taxi he hung up right after he told me to call an ambulance. It's a shame that people are so caught up in making money they can't offer advice to someone who needs...
