DG Market — Local services in Lacon

I'm so glad this review came up. I am amazed at how unfriendly all the sales people are at the Lacon Dollar Store I've never found it any other dollar store but this one. this is not a one-time thing I've been there at least six times and I've never found anybody that's nice.

I'll give you an example the checker was at the register I was at the register one of the other sales people was unloading boxes and she had a question which should have waited until after she was done helping me but didn't they sat there and chatted for at least two full minutes until I said excuse me can I get waited on she said well this is important business too. I guess someday when they don't have a job they'll realize that without the customers they don't have to worry about stocking the shelves.

The new employees have been less than polite, if they dont care for you then they take there time checking you out. No one ever up at register, long lines. Usually only one cashier available. If your luck ypu may get a greeting or a come back again or thank you for donating today.... Never been treated as i have and had been treated there by the boss or the so called employees. Rarely have zero customer relations for there customer, that will make me shop else where. If they had a staff that wasnt so discriminatory maybe they would sell more product. I purchased a bottle of shampoo, no big deal, just $3.00. It's listed on my receipt, but when I dumped my bags on my table, the shampoo was not there. Not in my car or anywhere to be found. I called to ask if it was there, but it was not. And it's not like I could just say hey, you didn't give me my shampoo, I want a bottle that I paid for and did not recieve.
