Attention Class A CDL Truckers: If delivering here this place is easy to get to. Check in at the desk and they had me back onto W Walnut St. You'll be backing up on the street but this town is small with little traffic so be patient, use GOAL and it will go smoothly. The nose of your truck should be facing N main st and you should be somewhat close to the Kubota building when done right. The guys inside will help you if you need it.

During unloading process there is 1 thing I did not like. They have no dock so they attach a chain to the product and drag it on the floor of your trailer to get it to the edge so they can use a fork lift to get it out. This resulted in some scratches on walls and on the wooden floor.

(this part may or may not apply to you) There was 1 product I had that required me to drop of at a location 1 mile south. Its a dock that's behind Caseys General store (425 S Main St). You'll see 3 buildings on a gravel lot that loops around. Easy to get to. The receiver will get in his car to lead you to it.

Overall the customer service is very friendly and overall process is simple. It's just the unloading process that has me scratching...

This is THE place to go for lawnmower and snowblower service. Simply put, I could not be happier taking my machines there. They have very fair prices, absolutely awesome service, and they try real hard to please customers. Recently, they actually talked me out of buying a part I thought I'd get for later on and I trust them implicitly. They never run up bills and are genuinely concerned to have customers walk away happy.....as I have many times. The time to service machines varies, but they always inform one of the likely wait time. My last visit (this week) they told me that a couple of jobs were ahead of me, but......a day later they called to let me know of the status....it will be ready sooner than estimated. When I drop off my machines, I know not to worry and the work is (and I mean it) the best around. I'd recommend them to anybody....and realize......I both take this seriously and I'm putting my name on the line. When the time comes for me to buy new, I'll bet...

I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone to do bussiness with Ladd Farm Mart. The service you receive from the team there is unmatched anywhere else. I recently purchased a scag mower, the day after I bought it I ran over a log that got lodged under the deck (I did not know what the cause was at the time). Jared came and picked it up the very next day and had it back to be whithin 24 hours. Two weeks later, I decided I wanted to add mulching blades. Again, they picked the mower up and had it delivered to me. This time, they even washed the mower - I thought they brought me someones elses mower by mistake it was so clean that I sent them a message to make sure.. Nope, it was my mower. They truly go above and beyond. I am so pleased with them, I just bought a brand new Kubota L3560 tractor. They had the best price, and the service...
