DG made a mistake of putting in self service registers. The employees hired do not want to answer assistance lights or even come out of the back room even though you can hear their personal conversations. I have been there twice and not been able to get assistance at the registers. I do not need these products but I wonder how they sell tobacco products if employees be refuse to provide customer service. They ignore the assistance lights at the registers. I would understand if they were busy putting up stock but you can see and hear them lounging in the back room behind the registers. I will not go back to this location.
