I have been a long time customer of Home Furniture, and has been satisfied until my recent visit. As a consumer, it is totally my choice to spend my money wherever I want! For the manager at the Airline Hwy store in Baton Rouge to take the time to call other stores in the area, in an attempt to control where my business is given and how much I spend... is just doing way tooooo much, a Iack of professionalism and displays such a lack of self-confidence as a manager! The thought of the corporation condoning this type of behavior from management is baffling! I think it is extremely childish and a waste of time. Not to mention the “rules” of having to accept the “next person in line” to assist you is ludicrous and very uncomfortable.
