They appear to retag items. The price tags show a certain lower price by a certain date. I’ve come back on the day of the lower price only to find the item with a new tag with the same higher price and a new date for the so called discounted price. Other reviews seem to indicate the same experience. My experience with the staff has also been similar, extremely rude staff that have no business working retail jobs. I will not take my business to a place like this and encourage others to avoid Name Brand Liquidators.

I have a service dog of what they don’t believe should be allowed in their carts even though I carry a blanket for a 5 lb dog - there loss . I can’t believe in this day and age people still disrespect service animals and people with them. They should be stopped in doing this . My dog is licensed and has every right as a service dog/ registered in USA. I am reporting them at this time for further investigation.

Joe and team offer possibly the best values in the valley. Every trip is a new adventure. Don't open the boxes and tell him when you arrive you have an internet pickup order (not after shopping at the register checking out). You'll thank me later if you remember that tip.

Laflin location I’ve always had problems with. I order things online and have them sent to the Berwick location. I have done this a few times. The first time I got a fan without a bottom that wasn’t even the one in the picture. I had to get a “one time courtesy refund” as if it a nice gesture. It was an oscillating fan so it needed the bottom. I also got an email today for some thing I purchased saying it was ready for pick up. I called the Berwick location and they said it was not there. So I called the Laflin location and a lady said “yeah because it’s here and in the email that I got doesn’t actually mean it’s ready”. The lady I spoke with was not very nice and condescending the entire conversation. She acted as if this was common knowledge that when an email says it’s ready for pick up that it’s actually not ready for pick up? Also, I said that it didn’t allow me to actually pay online like normal to which she responded with “ we haven’t accepted online payments since January”. When I ordered online before, it was sent to Berwick that next day, so I assumed it could be this quick again but instead I got a “you just ordered it yesterday, why would it be there?” Comment that was very snarky. Berwick store was pleasant and they were equally confused about online payments so clearly employees should be updated. A simple “I know the emails are confusing but you’ll get another email when it’s in Berwick. Sorry for the confusion!” would have been sufficient.

Addendum: my in laws sent me pictures since we are from out of town and won’t be in until Saturday. They said the car seat looks like it’s burned/melted? Scrapped and cut fabric on top by child’s head. It also had damage on the top of the box. Had to order a new one and have it sent again so I can return this damaged one within the 14...

I'm changing my review on here several times in fear that they wouldn't refund my money once they saw that I posted a bad review and then wanted to return my items. I purchased two what appeared to be new, air purifiers. I was super excited because I felt the price was unbeatable, and they were both relatively large units for about $50 a piece. Of course I live about an hour and 20 minutes from this area and I've made a special trip to come down here because I had seen what they share on Facebook. Well I get home and unbox these things and they were totally used. Absolutely atrocious. I was really upset about this because there was no way I was going to turn these things on in my house. They were store returns and who knows whose houses these have been in. We don't know if they were in a meth lab, or someone with air borne illnesses. Sure this might sound over the top but when you think about it it's an absolute hygiene health issue. I drove all the way back down there and told the guy and he said "well some guy in the back don't always catch everything it's an honest mistake".... Um, no. You need to check everything especially if it's something like that. So if you decide to visit here be very wary. I also looked at a treadmill on the back of a truck that I was really interested in. The guy said I'll give you a great deal it's a $600 child Mel I'll give it to a hundred fifty dollars. Well I go out there all the guards are busted off of it and the plugs ripped out of the motor....

I'm mixed on this. There are some deals on items if you're buying them for yourself. That's good. If you're a reseller; not so much. That's ok too, they don't make a claim to appeal to resellers necessarily. My issue is this: They have colored tags on every item that shows the MSRP and their price which is 50% of MSRP. Then it shows four more dates which are a month apart and each shows what the price will be on that date. The point is that the longer the item is there the cheaper it is until it becomes 90% off MSRP. I asked if the different color tags went in order by date. For example were yellow tags put out before pink tags, and green tags after pink. The guy said there's no way for the customer to know how old an item is by tag color. He went on to explain to me how the pricing goes down every week. I already figured that out and he was purposely being condescending by doing that. Here's my point: You can't know what's further along in the discount process based on tag color. You have to look at each tag individually. A yellow tag may start a discount on March 24th and a blue tag might do the same. Well they had some stuff from 2021 there so the question then is what year are tags showing maximum discount in October from? Is that last October or October 7 months from now? Overall the employees were rude, and aggressive at...
