Highly recommend! This place is awesome! Cleanest of all the animal shelters I visited! This one actually smelled decent. The animals and cages were all clean. The gentleman that helped us knew about all the animals and was very helpful. You could tell he really cared about all the animals. I don’t think there was one “bad” animal there. I have never heard a good thing about the Cass county animal control and it's officers. But today briefly I worked along side one of them in a emergency situation and all I can say is they are very professional and caring people! Nothing I have heard is true.The officer that came to my friend's house to help out with a injured and trapped pup did an amazing job! My mother called here to get advice about the rules with our dog. Our dog has a shock collar and at times I let him out front with me. My mom wanted to know if we could have our dog out front since he has a shock collar and the man she talked to said if your dog goes in someone else yard then the neighbor can shoot it.
