I am 69 years of age and have been serious fishing since age 10. I have fished Canada, Alaska, The San Juan's, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana,, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Texas, River's Inlet, B.C., and The Hawaiian Islands; where I live on the Island of Maui. I have been fishing with Keith Hudson since 1995, traveling from Maui to LaGrange with the express purpose of charter fishing with Keith. At my count I have chartered with him 41 times, and never had a bad day fishing due to his dedication to see his customers catch fish, have fun, and want to return as soon as he has another opening. Possibly one of the most unique experiences we encountered on our spring 2021 fishing vacation was at Hudson's Pro Bass and fishing with Kieth. The bait shop is for sure a stop to make. Kieth is a collector of antique fishing gear and has an amazing display in the store. You can also order custom hand made fishing rods produced right there. We met Kieth at the shop for our day on Lake West Point. He has a 20' Carolina Skiff, not new, but a great boat to fish from. We set out to find striped bass. The weather did not cooporate, it rained all day. The temperature wasn't bad and the wind was not a factor. Kieth stayed out until we had enough fish and rain. He kept us engaged all day.
