Spring Market — Local services in Lake Arthur

I live on Toledo Bend Lake, on the Louisiana side. I came to visit for a few days with my sister and her family. She asked me to do a little grocery shopping for her so I came to your store. I had never been to a Spring Market store before, but my sister tells me it is a part of Brookshire Bros. Stores(?). I have to say that I LOVE! this store! Customer Service is through the roof! On the scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, I’d give this store a 20!… The isles are so easy to maneuver. Everything is organized so neatly. Everything is brought to the front for easy access for your customers. Your stocking crew were very polite and helpful, bringing me to the items I couldn’t find. Your checkout clerks get a score of 20 on the scale of 1-10! Now, I want to brag on your community…I spoke with three different ladies who happened to be shopping in the area I was in. I asked them questions about your store and they too said your store was the best thing to happen in their community. They were very knowledgeable about where some items I was looking for were. One even share that she always goes to the discounted items and produce area because she was on a tight budget. The savings she made doing this was a life saver for her. I know if we had a store like this where I live, I would never have to leave the Lake to buy groceries. The “ONLY” thing I could suggest that would make this store any sweeter is if you had electric buggies for us older customers. Your sweet clerks saw I was not feeling well and went over and above to help me. Customers who have health issues have a hard time going to the store because they can’t walk the isles. One of my favorite places to buy groceries in this area by far! Not only do I adore all the staff here but also the store is so freaking clean, neat and organized all the time! This place carries items you will not find anywhere else so that's another perk to shopping here.
