From the time i was a little girl i remember my mom raving about how this was one of the few places you could go and know you were getting honest dependable service. One of my first experiences on my own as a single mom I was getting ready to go with my kids on a trip to Universal and the tire pressure light came on. I stopped by the location on "providence" highway and asked if they could check to make sure all was ok...i knew from experience it could just be temp change that triggers it but since we were going on fairly long trip at high speeds I didn't want to take any chances. My mom's trust in Bielling's was still strong in my memories. They did a thorough check of all 4 tires and reported back all was well, the kids and I should be safe and sound. Relieved I asked how much I owed them and shockingly they reported not a dime. I again asked to at least let me give them something for the trouble and they told me no trouble at all. I appreciate honesty.... I will only go to Biellings for my tires. I bought a used vehicle and had a tire that would not hold air. I straight up asked them to check it out and if I needed a new tire or anything, just say so. No, they said just a patch was all. And all the tires look good.
