FYI STORE OWNER IS NEVER THERE. JUST CHILDREN (WITH BACKPACKS), WITHOUT SUPERVISION, WHO ARE THE "TECHNICIANS" WHO WILL BE REPAIRING YOUR DEVICE. I had a functioning phone with a cracked screen (Mom's). When I called for a quote a gentleman picked up and gave me a quote. I brought it in for repair and found the shop to be staffed with CHILDREN, one in high school and the other in grade or middle school with a backpack. . Little did I know that these were the "technicians" who would be working to replace the screen. They said to pick it up next day, by 3 o'clock. To my surprise the repair was incomplete and they told me there was an "issue" further prying and I found out the "technician" tried to put a S21 screen on my S23, because my phone was actually an S21 and not an S23. I'm like what? so i have to send in proof that I brought in an S23 and after I make a comment how the store is staffed with children, the store owner tells me his "SON" is the "Technician". He assures me his son is a great technician and offered to send me a video of the kid repairing a tablet when he was in 6th grade. He then lets me know it will be repaired in another 10 min (after my mother had been waiting at the store for an HOUR, as requested). He never calls back. I call back the next morning and he says his "Technician" is still working on it. 3 o clock in the afternoon my mother goes to pick up the phone again. Still not complete, and they do a three way call, and the "Technician" says it won't boot up, so he requires additional time to fix. Store owner tells me to wait another day, but I don't want "CHILDREN" working on my phone causing god knows what damage, so we just take it back because the "CHILD TECHNICIAN" legit said the phone was no longer charging and couldn't get the screen to work. We take it to a another repair store and they find the issue within an Hour. Burnt circuitry - the "TECHNICIAN" must have connected wiring wrong because they burned out the camera in my phone. I ask him to reimburse me for the damage and the Store Owner says his Son did not cause any damage, but he was NEVER THERE, so HOW COULD HE KNOW? The only plus is he gave me my deposit back, but this isn't covering the additional damage his SON did. I have not added photos of the "SON/CHILD TECHNICIAN" because they are children.

June 29, 2024 My cracked phone screen was replaced on May 17th, 2024. NEVER ACCEPT AN AFTERMARKET screen!!! I was ASSURED that I would NOT notice the difference! I most certainly did. The aftermarket screen is not as bright, does not stretch edge to edge and my rectangular phone now has a rounded corners, making it difficult to tap an 'x in the corner.' it is WAY more 'smeary' too. (See picture) This was to be a band-aid fix, until I could replace my phone, but the screen taps now type gibberish WHEN the keyboard connects at all. Twice I took it back, the staff is very friendly, they simply lack follow through. The last I heard, the 2nd time I took it back, a few days after May 17th, was that they'd get the part and try again. I am still waiting. NOW I JUST WANT A REFUND! EDIT TO ADD: I can find no way to respond to your question, so an edit will have to suffice... THIS OLD PHONE is a Samsung Note 10+. BUT, after WEEKS of having a basically unusable phone, unable to type on it about 50% of the time... I had to buy a new phone. Now, I just would like a refund.

I can’t recommend 911 Gadgets enough! Not only did they repair my phone flawlessly and in record time, but they also introduced me to the incredible Infinity Film for screen protection. This product is a game-changer—super durable, smooth, and almost invisible! It’s the best screen protector I’ve ever used. The team took the time to explain its benefits and applied it perfectly. The customer service at 911 Gadgets is outstanding. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your experience. My phone looks brand new, and I feel confident it’s protected for the long haul. Don’t think twice about visiting 911 Gadgets—they’re the real deal!

DO NOT GO HERE! My Husband went in on Monday May 5, 2025 and asked to have his screen replaced. We were very happy to be helping a local business and get a “quick fix”. Well, you get what you pay for. Paid $160 for a new screen, this screen he chose was the “cheaper” option. He went back to work on Thursday, put his phone in his pocket as normal and pulled it out and the screen was chipped in the corner! Mind you, his phone was delaying with the touch (he thought he would wait it out) he has a phone protector/case on it and did not drop it with this new screen on it. This is obviously a bad replacement screen and poor quality. He went in today May 8, 2026 and explained the issue and the person working there said they wouldn’t cover it under their “1 year warranty” BUT FOR $140 DISCOUNTED PRICE they will fix it, again. I know a lot of people claim to be honest people, but if you know my husband, you would know that this man will literally give his last dollar to someone in need. There is no need for us to lie about a situation for a replacement. I called to try and find a solution (as my husband is literally the most passive person ever) and the only resolution for me was, “good luck on that dispute”.

This is a money pit! If you have a cracked screen, drive the extra miles and go to Corona Screen replacement or...
