I’m a fellow vendor (Melo from Melo’s Sandwich & Dessert), and I’ve got to say — RNG Taco Cart Catering is always holding it down at Rancho Christian events! We’re usually set up right beside each other, and they’re one of the most genuine, hard-working teams out here. They always give back to the school and support the community, especially during football games and fundraisers.

Their food? 🔥 Absolutely delicious — authentic Mexican flavor, juicy meats, and made fresh right in front of you. You can really taste the love and passion they put into their tacos, burritos, and everything they make.

Robert and the RNG team are amazing to work with! Due to the rain, our plans kept changing up until the day of and they didn’t complain once. They were super easy going and willing to work with us no matter what. During the wedding, they made sure the bride and groom had their plates and plenty to eat! They even checked on the bridal party to make sure everyone had a plate in all the chaos lol We were so impressed with them! I had multiple people come up to me and tell me how great the food and service was. We have been to a few events where RNG Tacos served and we have never been disappointed. We hired RNG to cater our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! The food was delicious, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly.
