Brought my side by side in for repairs. Experience was mixed. Staff seemed to be knowledgeable. We had agreed that before any work was done, the tech would call me and discuss findings. One week later the store called telling me my machine was done. The problem was fixed but the bill was a lot of money for something I could have done at home and would have told them not to fix.
