Panola Pepper Corporation — Local services in Lake Providence

It takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review, but I ordered several products last year from this company and still have not received my product.

The initial order was lost by UPS which was a nightmare in and of itself. I sent an email and called several times to get a new shipment sent out. That one also never arrived but I’m not sure if that was a UPS or Panola issue.

I followed up after not receiving that shipment and was told by Panola that they were out of bottles or they’d send a new shipment out. I’m fairly understanding and get that Covid has affected different businesses in different ways so I was okay that 7 months after the fact, I still had no sauce.

It’s now been a year and not only have I still not received my shipment. I have stopped receiving responses to my emails. I just want my damn hot sauce. I haven’t even asked...

I ordered two gallons of the Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce and was sent two 5 oz. bottles. I have not received an e-mail response nor have I been able to contact them by phone. I've ordered from this place for years, and this is the first time this has happened to me. It's a shame.

Edit: They contacted me the next day. I didn't notice that their message had gone to spam at first. They informed me that they had sent the order out which I have now received. In the end, they were very understanding and provided great service to make sure that I received my complete order! I will continue to...

This stuff is like crack ! I first tried it at Does in Little Rock , Ar with their tamales, and it was a perfect match ! Every since then I have been a huge fan ! It is Great with Fried Cat Fish and Chicken . I love this stuff , because it’s made the way your mother or grandmother would make it at home . Panola , Don’t ever change !
