I am not the person to give poor reviews very often but the way I was treated here will for sure make me never come back. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here based on the positive reviews but I must say my experience was far from positive. From the moment I walked into the store I was given about 5 seconds to talk and then I was told that he does not have time to work on other peoples stuff and basically told to leave. He would not even give me a minute to ask what I was wanting and I was the only person in the store. I don't know if it is just his personality or maybe he was having a bad day. Either way I will never come back. If you want truly great customer service do not waste your time here and go see the guys at FPS Archery...

Carl doesn’t know his laws… transferred a gun from one FFL to him (an FFL) he made the recipient go to clerk of court for a purchase license when law states you need this when purchasing from a private seller.. not required from an FFL.

I just bought a Springfield Hellcat Pro at Carls. He was one of the very few places to have one actually in stock with a red dot optic. The gun was priced $40-60 less than everyone else. Carl was the greatest firearm seller I’ve ever dealt with. I went there on my lunch break and was worried I wouldn’t get back in time but Carl said he was willing to stay late so I could come back at 5. He then told me that he could have me out of there in 10 minutes, so I ended up getting back to work on time with my new gun. I have no idea where the 1 star reviews are coming from. Carl was great.
