I went in the store with a broken phone and I asked him if he could fix it and he said yes but he also gave me advice, if he had fixed my phone it wouldn’t last long because the phone was literally bent and shattered front and back so he gave me a deal on a new phone! Mike is the best!! I stood in there for 2 hours while he was on the phone with Verizon trying to port my phone number over to my new phone. Thankkk youuuu Mikeeeeee !!!

I just bought two iPhone chargers on 5/3/23 at about 8:50pm and they don't work. I was gonna use a card, but he said, "You don't have any cash? My machine is down right now." I should've know better because they were selling them for $10 each. They're supposedly brand new and don't even work. Lesson learned. I won't spend another dollar in that store.

To Be Honest This Store Is The Reason Why I Continue To Come Back To The Hood If It Wasn’t For Exclusive And Steve I Would Still Be Shopping At Walmart Looking For My Outfits But Thanks To The Exclusive Team They Provide Me Nice/Hot Even The Newest Clothing In the Chi Area For A Affordable Price Really Not Just On Clothes. Electronics Too Like They Even Fix IPhone Screens Don’t Really Know What Other Store Is Doing It Big Like These Guys Like Really And Are We Not Going To Talk About There Amazing Pictures They Have Posted On There Instagram Page There 100/100 Like For Real I Would Definitely Make Sure To Check Them Out And Even If Your Not From The Area You Can Always Follow Them @Exclusive773_ On Instagram They Have 24 Hours Service Just Message Them For Any Help/Questions...

Terrible customer service. Products are cheap. I bought a phone charger from there that didn't work. I brought it back the guy told me it would be about a half hour before it could help me because i wasnt spending money. So then i said well just give me my money back. The guy then asks me am i really going to make a big deal about five or ten dollars. Needless to say I'm never going back...
