I purchased tickets for my boyfriend and I to jump 18K for his birthday this past June. Unfortunately, he was in a motorcycle accident and we were unable to jump before the expiration of our vouchers due to his injuries. However, they removed the expiration and welcomed us to come by whenever my boyfriend was recovered. That alone was so considerate, understanding, accommodating and MUCH appreciated!! Months later, we FINALLY got to jump! Upon walking into the facility we were immediately impressed and felt at ease! Such relaxed pleasant vibes! We jumped tandem with Josh and Carlos. They both did an extraordinary job setting us up, explaining the gear, and the appropriate steps/ maneuvers for having a safe and fun time. It was all easy to understand and do!

Josh and Carlos are AMAZING! All smiles and good energy! It didn't feel like we were just another check in the box to the end of a long work day. They were authentic and genuine! Who they are and their behavior thoroughly contributed to the experience in the best way!!

I had Josh and he was SPECTACULAR! I was already ecstatic about the experience, but any nerves quickly faded away as soon as Josh introduced himself. He was personable, enthusiastic, and passionate about we he does! His wonderful attitude is infectious! I had an absolute BLAST! We will DEFINITELY be going back and asking for Josh and Carlos!

WOW. First experience. You can imagine how scary it is leading up to the skydive. We had people in our group ranging from thrilled to extremely anxious. All of our jumpers were extremely skilled and made us feel so safe. I was paired with Carlos Silva who landed less than five minutes before coming right back up with me. Martin got me all strapped up with my gear and let me know Carlos would be taking me. It helps to know their names and feel more connected with them before strapping up. I was worried about meeting him later than my friends met their jumpers but I was lucky enough to watch him land with another jumper so I knew he was good at it!

Our party was 6 total so we got the whole plane to ourselves. It was nice to see our jumpers being buddy buddy with each other bc it allowed us to talk on the plane too versus sitting in terror.

The jump out is immediate. He was good at reminding me anything I needed to do and wasn’t (relax, etc).

If you have preferences (keep it slow, no swinging etc) you should tell them. They’ll do their best to accommodate what your needs are.

Pro tip: don’t close your mouth while you’re up there as much as you may want to, the video will look crazier lol with all the air blowing on you

I had the privilege of skydiving from 18,000 feet for the first time, and it was an experience I’ll never forget — thanks to Carlos and Gustavo.

Carlos, my tandem instructor, was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, he was professional, calm, and extremely skilled, making me feel completely safe while still keeping the energy fun and exciting. He truly made the experience unforgettable, and I would absolutely choose him again for any future jumps.

Gustavo played a huge part behind the scenes helping coordinate an incredible proposal for my now-fiancée. His support, organization, and enthusiasm helped turn a high-adrenaline adventure into a deeply meaningful and personal milestone. I’m forever grateful for his role in making it all come together.
