I wish i could give a negative rating. this place is absolutely sickening and depressing. These animals deserve so much better. birds are kept in tiny cages meant for a small lizard and the poor bunny has its own poop as its bed, no hay, nothing. I walked in and walked right out sick to my stomach. No animal should ever be treated the way this store is treating its animals. They're packed in small cages and it looks like they're barely taken care of. It's obvious they care about selling for money and not for primitive health and love of other animals. We are animals just as they are, it's disgusting seeing other species being treated any less. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND GIVE THE ANIMALS A BETTER HOME WITH...

We were excited to have a pet shop in the local area, but this is a terrible store. The first thing you’ll notice when you walk in is the bad smell. I get it, birds smell funky but this was a dirty smell. We quickly walked around- they have a ton of birds and pigeons. The saddest thing was a leopard gecko they had in a tank at the checkout area. This poor guy did not have a hide, no heat lamp, nothing in his cage and a hamster water bottle (which is not how lizards drink). I felt so bad for him. He was curled up in the corner under the water bottle trying to hide. His color was terrible. I don’t see them staying in business for long. Hopefully someone saves that gecko from his miserable situation. Will not...

DON’T ever bring the animals there to sell. You just waste your time and gas. I sent pictures of the button quails 5 weeks old and she agreed to buy at $5 each. I drive an hour to her store in Lakeland , she looked at the quails and said she can’t buy them because they are not fully feathered. I told her they are 5 weeks old and I sent her pictures. She didn’t offer gas money and time driving there. All she said that she was sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it. I spend a lot of money buying seeds, birds from the store, after today incident, I will not spend a penny at her store. She just lost a good customer for not knowing how to do business.
