Everything seemed normal until the attendant started to micromanage our crew. We have a large family (14) with little kids so naturally the kids wanted to play together and the adults wanted to play without all the kids just hitting everyone else’s balls. (Please note that when we arrived it had just stopped raining, there was only one other couple in the entire course.) She was upset that we did not divide the groups as she requested so she took it upon herself to go outside before we even began the course and started complaining about us blocking the course for other players. I told her that we would let anyone else play ahead if needed but that did not suffice. My wife and eldest daughter decided not to play so they can watch the younger kids as they moved forward so they returned the putters and balls and asked for a refund. The attendant refused a refund and offered tickets for play, which my wife gave to the group of teenagers that started after us. Later she was complaining that the kids were running around like… you know, kids! Needles to say, our trip there felt extremely unwelcome. We tried this local spot to help boost small businesses owners as opposed to large chain centers, but I will gladly keep going to Andretti’s or Main Event because at least the experiences there are positive and memorable. Oh and by the way, the party that started right after us finished a good 7-8 holes behind because they were just goofing around and were the only ones...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE KIDS! We tried it for the first time earlier today. The man at the front desk was extremely grumpy and rude from the get go! HE MUST HATE KIDS! He didnt allow us to play just to have fun. Serious golfers only! My family paid $40 to only make it through 3 holes and 10min worth of play before we were fed up! The guy stared at us the whole time with his hands on his hips and a disgusted glare so he could yell at us the whole time. He yelled for them stop playing out of turn because the 2nd kid started playing before the first kid was done with his turn. They were ages 3 years, 5 years and 8 years old I was not keeping score I just wanted them to have fun. Then my 8 year old had his ball get stuck in one of the holes and was on his way to tell the guy but the guy screamed at him flailing his arms in the air because he was walking through the grass! ( the only way to get back to the beginning without backtracking all the holes is by walking through the grass!) This guy needs to rethink his line of business and go work somewhere that doesn't involve customer service or fun because he is extremely hateful! We will never come back here again such a waste of time and money to be...

So I took the family out to have a fun day and we had an awesome time. Prior to arriving we called and asked if the course was stroller accessible and they said yes and that it was also the website shows that it's wheelchair accessories but it's not. That would be my only real gripe. We showed up with a stroller larger then most so I get that it wasn't ideal but even a normal sized stroller would be very difficult to get up and down all the steps. There are trails of concrete to push on but there are also quite a bit of steps and it wouldn't be ideal to bring a stroller. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and the courses were very fun. We didn't have a super busy day but there were others that we let pass us as we were enjoying each course. Overall and awesome and memorable time with the family.

Some things I'd like to recommend: Would be awesome if there was some music. (Even elevator style) I understand it can be tough to decide what music but we felt it would've enhanced the experience. Also I noticed the bathroom sink sprays water everywhere because it's sooooo high pressure. I didn't notice any locks on the bathroom stall door. I could've just missed it but I...
