Runnings — Local services in Lakeview Township

Current experience: had to do a basic return. Item was unused, I had a receipt. Employee had to have me justify my return, and then ask a supervisor if it was a good enough reason. Then they took all of my info. Address, phone number and name. Absolutely ridiculous for a simple return even following their policy about receipts. Why is that so complicated? I'll stick to other stores for supplies. Layout is easy to use. Employees were sitting on the counters looking at their phones when we walked in and barely glanced up at us.
