Update: I purchased a bedroom set in October 2019. Illsa was my salesperson. She was great! Illsa is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy! She introduced me to Schneiderman's customer service first hand. I recommend shopping with her.
Part of my set was special order. It arrived at their warehouse in December. Because of holidays and my not expecting it to arrive so soon I asked if I could delay shipping since I still needed to paint and get flooring. I was told they could store it for me until July. They were so understanding and cooperative. Schneiderman's customer service continues..
Because of personal health issues and Schneiderman's covid safety precautions my furniture couldn't be delivered until today! I can't thank them enough for being understanding about delivery because of my health issues. Once again, customer service continues.
Today, Colin and AJ delivered my furniture. They arrived at earlier hour of estimated 2 hour time span. They were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful! There was damaged to my chest of drawers and they immediately acknowledged it and put it back in the truck. They handled it perfectly and were so helpful and friendly. Again,customer service came first! If they are any representation of all the delivery personnel at Schneiderman's, the company should be proud.

**update Mindy from Customer Care handled the situation of the damaged chest to my complete satisfaction. AGAIN customer service was number one. She's so helpful, patient, kind and friendly! The repair was done with no trace of any prior flaw.

I purchased all of the warranties that were available At the time of purchase, but when the arm broke in less than six months, it appears it’s made out of Very thin plywood and I’m told cardboard and covered with a very expensive leather. Schneiderman’s has offered to repair it in their shop But I explained that I didn’t want a piece of furniture that was only going to last six months. My wife and I live alone and we bought the sectional for when our grandchildren come over to watch movies with us. It has not been used More than two times. I proposed that Schneiderman’s takes the piece back and I would purchase another Sectional, butof a different brand from them. They refused and said that they would just repair the arm. The Chase lounge sectional has two arms on it, and I don’t wanna own a piece that’s only going to last for very short time. It seems to be a very reasonable proposal that I could exchange this set for a more expensive set that’s better made. We are not large people (my wife is 102 pounds) If you work for Schneiderman’s and can run this complaint up the chain, I would appreciate it. As someone who is material and color challenged I need to work with someone who is patient and fun as I can be a bit of a dork. Right away we met Susan who was a perfect fit for me. She took time to draw out our space, and draw in the furniture we were favoring. In addition to suggesting layout options she broke out color options, material, and paint samples. And while we signed on the line for what we wanted, the primary material was just not sitting well with me the next morning. A few days later Susan called to check in and after explaining my second thoughts she suggested that I come in and swap out the material for something that I would love; the factory had not yet started on my order. When I came in she had a new selection of material waiting for me and right there in the new stack was the one I loved! - Thank you Susan for hanging in there and helping me through the process.
