Kensington Club-Pool House — Local services in Lancaster Township

So if you're thinking about moving to Kensington Club my suggestion is if you got a lot of patience move in but if you want to wait almost a year for our prices to be fixed or replaced moving the apartments are okay they wait for the last minute to fix it when you moving in they will charge you extremely large down payment and to break the lease is going to cost you around 5,000 and that's not counting your deposit you can go everyday to the office and ask to talk to a manager or supervisor and they will start bringing excuses in extending months and weeks that your stuff is going to get fixed and they're never going to get fixed so if you're really thinking about moving to this place my suggestion is do you research it looks somewhere else my advice be careful these people this company don't care about their tenants don't care how much they you pay them on rent they don't fix nothing if they don't fix my stuff next thing I'm doing I'm going to call Lancaster City humans relation office and the state office too and I'm going to put a complain next thing I'm going to do I'm going to write a letter to the shift attorney of PA we're both complaints to see what they can do because Kensington Club Dawson honor the leasing agreement by not fixing appliances they're breaking the...

Everything about this place is sketchy, it is not what they make it seem. Every person I have talked to that lives here has something negative to say about it, they are constantly raising the rent and no one there is helpful. They lie to your face saying that its so luxurious and a great deal but its not. They added additional fees to out bill that were never discussed and the proceeded to tell my roommate and I that we were the ones who made the mistake and were providing false information. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, they will tell you a deposit is refundable and it is not, they will also say that its just an application and that you aren't signed to anything but you are. My wife and I lived there on Wyncroft Ln for a few years, until the new owner took over. We had a note taped to the door about the change in the rent, due to the takeover; we were given a two month notice that our rent was going to increase 3 times what we were paying at the time, So we got out of there within two months.
