Amber was absolutly fantastic. Responded quickly and very courteous. I've been at car dealerships for over 30 years. I do not trust or deal with car lots or dealerships very often with good reason. I've also met some very good, hardworking, honest people. They are few but Bowers and Amber are very high on that list. I've looked for a truck for over a year. Amber had posted what I had been looking for. Best price I found any where. I live over an hour and a half away. I was hesitate because of that. I knew how big of an ordeal that could have been. Amber made it super easy. Vehicle was exactly as described. She was completely honest with me about it. She did not try to hide anything. Living so far away I had a tow company pick it up and deliver it to me. The truck driver even commented to me about them. " man, they're really good people." Tow truck drivers don't give compliments very easily. That impressed me....

Bought a 2012 SRT Jeep from them and didn’t have it for 24 hours before the check engine light came on flashing and then the car died out. They offered to fix the car, had it for a month if not more and continued to come up with excuses of why it was taking so long. Finally received the car back, 72 hours later the car had the same issues from before on top of other issues such as the water pump spraying due to not being mounted correctly. Called them back and they told me it was normal for the car to be making those noises and it would go away with time. This was not the case as the car became worse and turned into a knock. Even sent pictures of the codes and informing them of the water pump DAYS after. No response. Was later told “is it illegal to not answer calls or respond to text” 3 months later. Took it to another shop that found the SAME cylinder misfire, SAME lifter dropped, SAME cam lobe...

I recently bought an 05 GMC 2500HD Duramax from bowers who claims the truck is in perfect running condition and has nothing wrong with it. I drove a total of 10 hours to check out this truck and from what we could tell when I picked the truck up that it needed a few cosmetics done to it as well as a quick maintenance. The truck had no engine codes or any lights on at the time when I test drove it. Driving it home that same night the truck fell on its face so I did a few repairs until I got it to the shop.

The truck as of August 5th has 8 engine codes, needs head gaskets, a turbo etc!

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. They had no idea what they were selling and have been horrible with communication. I will gladly take this review down if they come up with a deal to help me fix this truck or they will have legal...
