If you want to be treated disrespectfully and super rudely, go to this place. We are customers, and every year my father goes there to get meat for the Eid. This year, my father went there, and there was a boy who is around 24 -26 years old asked my father rudely to leave the place and go out. For no reason. We go there every year normally. We drive all that distance to get meat from you since we are your customers. We follow the normal rules of the place. We pay directly the whole amount. We never speak or treat people disrespectfully. For no reason, that boy asked my father who is 67 years old, to go out in a super disrespectful and disgusting way. I hope the management works on the customer services part. My father has diabetes. He was very sad to be treated that way for no reason. He was planning since a month to visit your place and purechase meat from you. These are supposed to be Eid days, so you have to know how to treat your customers. We are not back there again. I recently searched online for bird slaughter services, specifically for chickens, ducks, drakes, and roosters, and Divine Meats Inc. came up as a nearby option each search. Upon calling to confirm if they process fowl, I was informed that they do not slaughter birds.

While the staff was friendly and helpful during my call, I was disappointed by the misleading information available online. Their Google listing and website feature images of various animals, including ducks and chickens, which gave the impression that they process these types of fowl. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and their online presence is somewhat deceptive.

I believe they could improve their customer experience by updating their Google listing and website to accurately reflect the animals they process. As it stands, it was a bit confusing and led to an expectation that they offer services they do not provide.
