Heinz and Erika are the most incredible, gracious people I know and their business is a reflection of that. I brought my Saeco Royal Digital Plus to The Boss ER and he tried everything to bring it back to working condition. Unfortunately the board was fried and replacements are nowhere to be found. He saved it once before and gave it another 6 years! I purchased a DE'LONGHI refurb and have been very impressed with the performance and THE COFFEE BOSS service!!! Heinz and Erika even sent me off with a 2 pound bag of their roasted beans. DELICIOUS! Pleasant surprise Got a phone call an hour later, with answers to some of my question’s. I did more research online, a lot of reading, and another phone call. I scheduled a visit to the coffee Boss, wow 2 hours I learned a lot about expresso coffee machines. What a great experience.    Read moreMr. Heinz once repaired my Delonghi Magnifica for me over 10 years ago. It was shipped out to him back then. Today, I drove 3 hours to have the same coffee maker repaired once again. Watching him work in person was both educational and fascinating. He could do this work blind folded. It reminded me of a scene from the movie "The Scent of a Woman" where Al Pacino, who is blind, takes a pistol apart and puts it back together under 15 seconds.
