Winona's Flowers & Gifts, and Debbie, are the "TRUE MEANING" of Amazing Customer Service, a business that strives to exceed Every Customer's Expectations, while offering Beautiful and Creative Floral Designs. Not realizing the time, it was 5:30 in the late afternoon, Debbie and Winona's Flowers had been closed since 5:00. I did not get an answering machine when I called, and I wasn't asked to call back the next day during regular business hours. A Very Sweet Lady answered, talked with me, then asked me to speak with Debbie about my request. After talking with Debbie and explaining to her that I wanted to send a Dear Friend and his Family something special to their home because they had lost, A Precious and Very Loved member of their family, she went out of her way to help me. I asked if she offered Gift Baskets, and she told me she had a Beautiful Basket with 12 different plants in it, and she Personalized it at my request. She sent me pictures of the Basket, it was Beautiful and Exactly what I wanted. When the plants needed to be removed from the Basket, separated and replanted, the family members, if they wished, could take one of the plants from the Basket as a "Keepsake" or in memory of their "Loved One". I called Winona's Floral from Texas and spoke with Debbie. Not only was she very friendly, she was very knowledgeable about how to produce exactly what I was looking for to accommodate a hospital room. I felt so good after hanging up, I called my Mother in Alabama and told her she should call Debbie so she would have the same exoerience. I then received a picture from Debbie of both arrangements she made for my brother. I was shocked! I've never had any florist send me a picture of what I just ordered and I order florals long distance quite often. It was the nicest touch to what was already a great experience.
