
This is for Roy the owner. I don't know how to give zero stars. I have to say I'm completely upset with this company. I had auburn red brown hair with blonde highlites. When I came into salon it was because the salon I went to turned my blonde into an orange color. Emily was fixing it and turned the orange to a muddy blonde ash color but somehow she died the top too I'm not sure why. So when done I had a black yet black headband wrapping around front of hair. I wanted to cry. They had me come back in the next day and hey we're going to fix it. I paid almost 300$ and only needed the orange to be toned down and left a mess. So I go in Roy the owner is like what happened???? Why did you leave like this. I wish I could post pictures of this process. He's like we are gonna fix it. He had dani color it and when we were done it was a brassy blonde color but my entire head was this color now. Remember when I came in I had like a merlot brown hair color. Now I'm leaving and it's an orange blonde brassy color but my entire head. I have t been blonde in like 10 years.
I go home. Just upset. Dani knows it's wrong she was like holy cow you didn't have blonde hair so I know you are upset. She's like wait 2 weeks and come in and I will fix it. So I waited a week I couldn't take it. When you have darker hair for 10 years going all brassy blonde you tend to freak esp since this isn't what you asked for.
I go in.after an hour of talking. I was like let's just do a dirty blonde really light brown with a ton like a ton of blonde highlightes because now I'm scared of this dark hey are gonna put it that it will be orange or black again. So I figured play it safe and do light brown I showed like 1000 pictures of the color.
They ran out of every color to do my hair. I should have got up and said I'll come back. But they used god other color that they had to paint on and not leave on long but I have a lot of hair. So she foils some hair but in the end tones all the blonde down so you can barely see it. She's doing my roots and I'm like this is really dark it's not a merlot or light brown it's just dark.
She gets done and it's murky brown with hardly no highlites and remember that black headband of color in the beginning well it's back!!!!!! She said she had to die my roots darker but it will fade. I kept asking for the lightest of browns they have but I got a dark color that's an ashy color and now a black headband of hair it looks so ugly and so dumb. It's sooo depressing!!!!!!!! I didn't do anything at all to deserve this and I was so patient. None of these mistakes are mine at all. When I'm done I'm crying. The band in front is black then murky brown hair and these odd blonde very few highlites. It looks so crappy. I go to bathroom cried for like 15 min. All I wanted was t he blonde on the Balayge ? To be blonde and not orange that's all. And here we are 3 times later because they messed up not me I have said the color and showed the color every time.
So I go to leave crying and she's like you need to pay !!! Pay for what you messed up my hair !!???? They get Roy on phone and he starts telling me he will fix it but I have to pay another 200$ today. So 500$ and my hair looks like crap. I wish you could see pics. :( It's depressing and sad to be treated this way.
I came in to tone the orange on the bottom that is it left with black roots and head band when we weren't coloring it at all. Then I come back and get turn my whole head brassy blonde when I didn't ask for gay at all. I never wanted an all over color. But that's my fault. And when hey fix THEIR MISTAKE NOT MINE they leave he black roots again. I don't even have black hair normally. Roy was so mean to say I owe anything. I did pay the 300 and was so disappointed cause I never asked for color on my roots. Hey messed it up and didn't pay attention and then wanted me to pay again 500$ for what to have murky brown hair and a black headband again. This is horrifying. WENT TO 2 salons no one wants to touch it cause they have no idea...

With her poor attitude and non respectful behavior, she should be fired in such a high end hair salon. I read good reviews about this store and always wanted to check this place out. Because I haven't had my hair done for a long time , I feel more comfortable to talk to the stylist in person and see if they can give me the rate and how to cut and color the hair. I was very excited and looking forward to get my hair done in this place as a new customer. When I walked in the salon , the receptionist Natalie( she gave me her name in the end) was not welcome me at all. She looked very grumpy and judgmental. I asked her if I can talk to a stylist and have a consultation, if they're busy she could offer me one and I can come back later to meet the stylist. She was very impatient and unprofessional. She said nobody could give me a consultation and rolled her eyes to both me and my 5 year old daughter. I asked her if she could give me a basic price about the cutting hair. She said $48.00 but different people have different price. She acted like she cant wait me to get out of their salon. I didn't know what's this lady had been going through , her face was so angry and she refuse to answer me any questions. During the pandemic time, a lot of people couldn't even get a job , this lady acted like she hates her job and doesn't even care about the business might lose customers because of her bad attitude. I think she deserved to be fired 100 times. She made the customers feel very uncomfortable and disappointing. In the end, I read online and their window showed all staff require to wear masks. When I walked in she was the only one didn't wear mask and the only one with the unhappy rude facial expression. Even my 5 year old daughter was scared and she said she will never wanted to see that lady again! I hope the business owner could read this review and fixed their management. It was a horrible experience ! I'm glad I didn't get my hair done...
Read moreI'm really disappointed, they have miss communication with each other, or they don't care about hijabi costumers ! And the prices on their website are NOT real.l spent about a week to get an appointment! I'm a girl who covers the head (hijabi) so I was asking for a private spot to do my hair, I called the Lutz and the Citrus park salons and asked them if they have a private room in ANY LOCATION?? The answer was No! Then I called the Land O Lake salon and they said YES we could do your hair in the classroom when we don't have classes. I said the lady who I'm following on Instagram and like her work is working in the Lutz salon, could she come to the Land O Lake one? They said NO!! Even she said yes I could do that if you request me!! So today I drove 40 minutes to talk to them face to face and figure out if they can help me getting this appointment! The guy in front desk said ok I will talk to the lady you need and to the (owner) and see what is the best time for all. After about 2 hours I went to the other location ( Lutz) to get a consultation, the lady who I was asking for, made me disappointed! She was not only unable to do what I need, she was over priced! In the website they put 40$ for the haircut and 97$ for a FULL highlights, and she will charge me 309$ for that!!! When I asked her why you are so expensive? She said I'm level 4, you could ask for level 3 lady to do your hair and she will be cheaper!! BTW I asked her if any one called her to arrange an appointment in the other location and...
