Horrible company and misrepresents what they are auctioning. The pictures on their auction site are not the actual picture of the item being auctioned. I recently won a Rheem tankless water heater and in the auction site it showed a new, unused tankless water heater. What I actually received was a used, dented + scratched heater that was previously installed. There were supposed to be two other items That I won and showed as "new in box" but for some reason they no longer had them and I had to ask for a credit. They also have no idea what they are doing. I was given 2) other water heaters I won in auction but gave my driver the wrong 2 heaters. Had to drive back to find out they no longer had the actual heaters I won. What happened to them???
