This is a quiet, and clean gym ... It has more than enough machines to train for your desired results ... Whether you want to train for weight loss or gain, fitness, body building, strength or powerlifting like I do ... It is more than enough gym to fulfill your desired results ... Being a record setting Regional, National, and World Champion Powerlifter I give this gym my full endorsement for anyone looking for a friendly training and work out environment ... Today I decided to hit my legs and start the week off strong..... I went a little heavier than I had been going to get my strength back up...... I can't wait to start free weight squats again and get back to my max....... I would definitely like to get back to my 425 pound max but I don't know if my ankles will let me..... Some days feel like I can and other days it's a solid no...... Whatever the case may be, I'll just keep on grinding!!!! #BatisteFitness #FitOver40 #FitnessTrainer #LouisiAnimal
