Great parking for the waiting period, not to happy about waiting 6 hours, did not plan on spending the night, full vending machines, microwave , and not to sure if there is a restroom for drivers. Oh, and the enterence to the receiving area is different from GPS. Receiving is off N Lamar not off Mines Road, next to the FED EX BUILDING. I will take some photos if that helps. But be prepared to wait.. overall nice staff, they didn't bother or hassle me for where I parked. The staff was very nice. The Business hours are MON-THUR 24 hours, FRIDAY and SATURDAY 7AM TO 12PM...

Slow as all hell to get you unloaded. I was in a dock for 3 hours after waiting almost 2 hours to get in the dock. Then they had misplaced the paperwork, another hour searching for it, the receiving rep I had handed it to 4 hours before was already off the clock. I was waiting so I could go home, so I might have judges a tad too harshly, but this was the second out of two times going there that they took an unreasonable amount of time to get...

It’s a daammn place they took my key while unloading me at 103 Fahrenheit outside,trucks must be shut off common it’s Fu**ing summer at Laredo, TX and they don’t have driver lounge with AC, they provide drivers with bio toilet.
